Singing for your health!

The human being is a singing being and has been for thousands of years. Until less than a century ago, we sang as we worked, gathered, played, celebrated, honored, and worshipped. Life was filled with song. Today, many listen to music and singing through highly developed, technical sound systems but are largely missing out on the connection with their own voice. We are forgetting that sound and breathing are healing principles in the human being! By reuniting with our voice we nurture our health forces and become more wholesome.

Join us for the continuation of last year’s singing workshop, intended for anyone seeking to deepen their relationship to the restorative power of tone and to connect more closely with the life-giving power of singing. The workshop includes work with Werbeck exercises, experience with tone, lecture, discussion, and sessions in Spacial Dynamics®.

(Attendance at last year’s workshop and prior experience with singing are not required.)
