Ways of Giving

BACWTT Diversity Scholars Fund
The Diversity Scholars Fund was established in 2020 for the purpose of increasing African American representation among qualified Waldorf teachers in Waldorf schools and in the Waldorf education movement across North America. Gifts to this fund will help to provide full scholarship grants to African American students to complete our 3-year Waldorf teacher training program. Students can receive support to complete the 4-month Foundation Studies as an entry point, before deciding to continue with the full 3-year training.
We currently have two students who were granted scholarships for the 2021-2022 school year who have continued into the 2022-2023 school year.

Emilie Inman Fund
The Emilie Inman Fund was created in honor of Emilie Inman, an exemplary BACWTT student from September 2014 to January 2017. Emilie lived her life as an example of openness, combined with a determination to unite people beyond fixed stereotypes and preconceived ideas.
Gifts to this fund provides tuition assistance to students who identify as Indigenous or People of Color, so that they may complete the 3-year Waldorf teacher training program. Students may receive support to complete the 4-month Foundation Studies, as an entry point, before deciding whether to continue with the full 3-year training.

Annual Fund
Gifts to our Annual Fund go toward essential operating expenses, including program development, conferences, public events and outreach activities.

Recurring Gifts/Multi-Year Pledges
Sustaining gifts provide BACWTT with greatly valued financial support we know we can rely on. Please use our donation form to set up a monthly donation or contact Cheryl Williams at cheryl@bacwtt.org to discuss a multi-year pledge.
Matching Gifts
