How are we shaped by our ideas about the human being and the value of life?
How can I connect to my North Star and navigate with clarity and purpose?
The Foundation Studies program provides an opportunity to reconnect with these essential existential questions, without which we lack a solid basis for constructive and creative working in our time. We focus simultaneously on two paths of self development:
Inner work: Meditative practice, biographical reflection, and artistic expression.
Outer work: Waldorf education, biodynamic farming, threefold social renewal, and Anthroposophic medicine and therapies.
